Extra information & tips:
The top-shelf is supplied a little longer than the opening measurement you provide and is 450mm deep x 16mm thick
The vertical divider melamine panels (centre-blades) are 1950mm high x 450mm deep x 16mm thick
Drawer units are supplied assembled and ready to be fixed to the divider panels. The standard default drawer handle option is the ‘shadow-line’ which allows for a space between each drawer to use as a handle to open them. This option allows for better ventilation of clothing and provides for a modern look.
The hanging rods are supplied as a full length piece and will need to be cut down on-site to suit your requirements. Hanging rod flanges are included which hold the hanging rod up and fix into the side of the vertical divider melamine panels (centre-blades) The typical fixing location of the hanging rod flanges are 70mm down from the bottom of the top-shelf and 250mm back from the back wall (for top hanging rods). The lower hanging rods are typically installed 950mm down from the bottom of the top shelf and 250mm from the back wall.
Shelves are supplied cut to size and shelf pins are also included. Note that the shelf pins are a tight fit.
You may need to scribe the panels to allow for discrepancies in your floor and wall levels
Two persons are needed for the assembly of our internals (trade experienced installers will not need a second person)
This wardrobe internals must be fixed to the wall using the appropriate fixing methods.
Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home.

Panel sizes
Standard Depth= 450mm

Installing your new Wardrobe Internals is quite easy to do.
- Install vertical dividers onto side walls with finished edge facing forwards using the appropriate screws.
- Position the drawer units and fix to the vertical dividers (this can be done by removing the top and bottom drawers off the drawer unit and screwing from the inside of the drawer units sides out to the vertical dividers using 28mm screws) Ensure that the location of the drawers doesn’t interfere with any sliding or hinged doors in front of the drawers.
- Position and install vertical dividers to the side of the drawer units using the same method above
- Re-install the top and bottom drawer into the drawer unit ensuring there isn’t any dust or woodchips left behind from screwing the drawer unit as this will effect the function of the drawer runners.
- Measure the opening (left to right) where the top shelf will be installed. Cut down the top shelf and place in on top of the vertical dividers (this is easiest to do if the top shelf is positioned diagonally with one side placed on top of the far left divider first and then the right hand side of the top shelf can drop down to sit on the vertical divider on the wall on the right.
- Screw down the top shelf to the top of the vertical dividers (one screw 50mm in from the front and one 50mm from the back wall). Use 38mm screws.
- Measure and mark the locations for the hanging rod flanges.
- Measure the space between the inside of each hanging flange on the left and right and cut down the hanging rods accordingly ensuring they aren’t too tight or loose when fitted
- Use white screw stickers to cover any visible screws
